Mame Yassine SARR has a background in Sociology and holder of an MA in development studies from the IHEID in Geneva. Her research interests focus primarily on women, and their pivotal role in African and particularly Senegalese society. Mame Yassine Sarr has studied issues related to FGM, girls' education, family ceremonies,
women's grassroots involvement and development. She als contributed to rural development programs in Senegal (PEPTAC, SN012, PARPEBA, GOROM LAMPSAR, PRS, etc.).
Within Eumagine Mame Yassine Sarr is a member of the Geographical Duo Team for Senegal and member of the General Assembly.
