Iryna Lapshyna holds PhD in International Economics and has done research on labour migration in Ukraine. Much of her research has addressed migration from Ukraine to Europe, migration policy and human capital development

Within Eumagine Iryna Lapshyna is a member of the Geographical Duo Team for Ukraine and member of the General Assembly.
